Refund Request Policy

At Connection Craft, we are committed to providing a transformative and integrity-based experience for all of our clients and community members. We stand by the quality of our courses, programs, and services, while also honoring clear and fair policies around refund requests.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Refund (Less Processing Fees):

• Pre-paid services (such as 1:1 sessions) that have not yet been rendered

• Digital products or memberships requested within the published refund period

• Duplicate purchases or billing errors

❌ Not Eligible for Refund:

• Services that have already been completed (e.g., 1:1 sessions, face readings, hypnosis)

• Group coaching sessions or digital courses already accessed in full

• Refunds requested outside of designated refund windows (when applicable)

Important Notes

  • Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from approved refund amounts.

  • By booking a 1:1 service, you agree to the time rendered policy : once a session is completed, that time is non-refundable.

  • Subscriptions and memberships can be canceled at any time, but refunds will not be issued for partial billing periods.

  • Some digital products may be marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. Please review product descriptions carefully.

How to Submit a Refund Request

To request a refund, please fill out our Refund Request Form below. You will need to provide:

  • Full name and email used at purchase

  • The product or service in question

  • Date of purchase with original receipt

  • Reason for your request

All refund requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, minus any applicable fees.

Please use this form to request your refund. Please give us the reason for refund that is met in our Term & Conditions for our Refund Policy

Requests for refunds on completed services (including face readings, hypnosis sessions, and other 1:1 offerings) may not be honored, as these represent time already rendered with Dr. Craig.

Refunds for pre-paid but unused services will be processed minus standard credit card processing fees.
